How do I use the Monheim-Pass Services with the Monheim-Pass-Card?
With the Monheim-Ticket for public transport on the back of your Monheim-Pass-Card (see diagram) you can simply get in and go. Good for the climate – good for you! Just like any ticket in the Rhein-Ruhr transport association ("Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr (VRR)") your Monheim-Ticket is only valid in connection with your photo ID. The Monheim-Pass-Card (flip side): In the library you can borrow media with the Monheim-Pass-Card and the Monheim-Pass-App by scanning either of them at the booking terminals. Continue scanning your desired media as you did before. In the future you can also pay any overdue fines in the library with your Monheim-Pass, provided there is sufficient credit in your Monheim-Pass account. If so desired you can credit your Monheim-Pass with a SEPA Direct Debit Scheme. You can easily set this up in the Monheim-Pass-Portal's My Credit Balance section. Please note that the future payment functionality has not yet been activated in Monheim-Pass. Furthermore, Monheim-Pass-Portal provides you with an overview on your ticket, the available Services, and your personal data. A description of the available Services can be found once you are logged in to the Monheim-Pass-Portal, in the My Services section. To log in, click on the Register button on the home screen.
How can I change my personal data, e. g. name, address, e-mail address and telephone number?
E-Mail address, password, telephone number: In Monheim-Pass-Portal You can edit this data yourself by logging into the Monheim-Pass-Portal with your existing e-mail address and your existing password. You can access your personal data in the My Monheim-Pass Account section. In order to change your e-mail address and password go to the access data section. Click on the respective button and follow the simple instructions. To make sure your old and new password have been correctly spelled you may click on the eye symbol. This way your password will be shown in clear type. By clicking the Confirm and Save button respectively you finalise the process. Your telephone number can be edited in the Personal Data section by clicking on Edit. A new window opens, into which you can enter the new telephone number. By clicking the Save button, the change is confirmed. It will now be shown in your profile. In the Monheim-Pass-App Your e-mail address and your password can also be edited using the Monheim-Pass-App. At this stage the telephone number can only be edited in the Monheim-Pass-Portal (see above). Log into the app and click on the person symbol in the upper right corner of your screen. In the profile section click on the pen symbol to change your e-mail address and/or your password. Name, address: Should your name or your address change, please visit the Bürgerbüro to have them changed there. This is because you cannot edit these data by yourself. Your new address and/or your new name will also be adapted in the Monheim-Pass-Portal. After this you can use your Monheim-Pass as usual.
I cannot log in. What can I do?
If despite having activated your Monheim-Pass you cannot log in to the Monheim-Pass-Portal, there may be several reasons for that: - You try to log in with a different e-mail address than the one you used during the activation process. Please use the e-mail address with which you have registered for Monheim-Pass. - You try to log in with a wrong password. Please try again. Should this not be successful either, click on Forgotten Password? (Passwort vergessen?) to create a new password. You can find a detailed description on how to do this here. - There is a technical issue in the Monheim-Pass-Portal or the Monheim-Pass-App respectively. If this is the case a message will be displayed on the portal's or the app's home screen. Should none of the above apply and you still cannot log in please refer to the support service.
